LEKI Limited Lifetime Warranty (Poles Only)

LEKI Canada offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty only on LEKI poles (the “Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for the original owner.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to gloves, mitts, or other non-pole products. Gloves, mitts, and all other non-pole items are covered by a one (1) year warranty from the original date of purchase for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that appear during ordinary use of LEKI products purchased in Canada from LEKI or an authorized LEKI retailer.

If your claim is approved, LEKI Canada (Sport Dinaco) will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product, or
• Replace it with the same or a comparable model.

If repair or replacement is not possible and the product was purchased from the Sport Dinaco direct-to-consumer website, a refund may be offered.

What Isn’t Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

• Ordinary wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or irregular use
• Improper care, maintenance, storage, installation, or handling
• Alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
• Damage caused by environmental exposure (UV, heat, moisture)
• Fit or comfort issues
• Snapped, cracked or bent poles
• Products purchased from sellers who are not authorized LEKI retailers

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please include:

1. Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or other reasonable evidence)
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Two clear photos:A full view of the productA close-up of the issue

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions and a return authorization number (RA) if applicable.

Repairs Outside Warranty

Many LEKI products can be repaired with components we supply. If your issue is not covered under warranty, we may still offer paid repair or replacement part options.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically, but changes will not reduce warranty coverage or your rights for products already purchased.

We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

We will refund a product purchased from our B2C site if returned new and unused in original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase, including all tags and instruction booklets. Used products will not be refunded.

Sport Dinaco reserves the right to apply a $15 restocking fee for any item returned without the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged.

A return authorization number must be obtained by calling our customer service department toll free at 1-800-567-9503 (Monday through Friday from 7:45AM to 16:00PM EST), or by email at cs@sportdinaco.com. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package. To avoid damage to the item and/or packaging, please use the return bag that was provided to you in your shipment.

All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. 

Return freight will be paid by the client.  

Reimbursement will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the product using the same payment method as the original purchase

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post the next business day following the processing of the payment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping will be free of charge if cart total before taxes is $75.00 or more.

We only accept returns for product purchased on our site.
